WEDM Workshop

WEDM is a kind of wire electric discharge cutting. It uses a continuous moving fine wire (called wire electrode) as an electrode to perform pulse spark discharge on the work piece to remove metal and cut. It is mainly used to machine a variety of complex and precise work pieces.

Huaye currently has Mitsubishi and Western slow wire cutting machines. The operators have many years of experience in slow wire walking. They are familiar with programming operations and can find problems in cutting work pieces and adjust them accordingly. The highest precision of the machine can reach 3μm. The metaler mainly performs manual work in cutting, mechanical assembly and repair work, mainly including boring, boring, sawing, scribing, drilling, reaming, tapping and threading, scraping, grinding, correction, bending and Riveting and so on. The main work of the metaler is (1) machined parts: some machining that is not suitable or can not be solved by mechanical methods can be completed by the fitter.

Injection Workshop

Injection molds are a tool for producing plastic products and give plastic products complete structure and precise dimensions. Injection molding is a processing method used in mass production of complex parts of certain shapes. Specifically, the plastic melted by the heat is injected into the cavity by the high pressure of the injection molding machine, and after cooling and solidifying, the molded article is obtained.

In addition to the specially designed dust-free injection molding workshop, Huaye also has four ordinary injection molding workshops, a total of 30 injection molding machines, still using FANUC and Sodick injection molding machines, and equipped with ultrasonic injection machines to ensure products forming and ejecting. At the same time, professional injection personnel and technicians will regularly inspect and maintain the machine, and find problems in time to ensure the stability of the injected products.

The quality assurance department will also directly inspect and measure the products to ensure that the final products can meet and exceed customer expectations. .

EDM Workshop

EDM is a kind of special processing technology, widely used in mold manufacturing and machining industries. EDM can be used to machine ultra-hard materials and complex-shaped work pieces that are difficult with conventional cutting methods.

They are commonly used to machine conductive materials and can be processed on difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium alloys, tool steels, carbon steels and hard alloys with complex cavities or contours.

The EDM processing is designed for mold work pieces with various complex structures and special process requirements, which are not affected by the hardness of the work piece material and the heat treatment condition. Under the operation of skilled operator, the tool electrode moves relative to the work piece, and various complicated profiles, narrow slits and the like are processed. Huaye’s EDM department equipment has a total of 6 Mitsubishi EDM machines, the highest processing accuracy of up to 3μm, to ensure the accuracy of the mold.

Dust-free Injection Workshop

The dust-free injection workshop refers to the removal of particulates, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within a certain space, and the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, airflow velocity and airflow distribution, noise vibration and lighting, static electricity Controlled within a certain range of demand and given a specially designed room

Before entering the dust-free injection molding workshop and the finished product packaging control area, employees must wear special clothes and shoes for clean room to prevent dust pollution and static electricity generation. At present, Huaye places 10 high-quality injection molding machines and several pendulum machines in the workshop, all of which adopt international famous brands such as FANUC and Sodick injection molding machines. Professional technicians will regularly check and maintain the use of machine to ensure the stability of the injected product, and the inspector will directly inspect the product to ensure the quality of the product.

Dust-free Clean Room

A cleanroom is a controlled environment where products are manufactured. It is a room in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled to specified limits. Eliminating sub-micron airborne contamination is really a process of control.

These contaminants are generated by people, process, facilities and equipment. They must be continually removed from the air. The level to which these particles need to be removed depends upon the standards required.

Huaye requires staffs who access to the clean room should receive professional training and be proficient in the use of ultrasonic cleaners. In order to meet the various needs of customers, the dust-free cleaning room is specially set to make the product surface more smooth .

CNC Workshop

CNC machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery. The process can be used to control a range of complex machinery, from grinders and lathes to mills and routers. With CNC machining, three-dimensional cutting tasks can be accomplished in a single set of prompts.

Short for “computer numerical control,” the CNC process runs in contrast to — and thereby supersedes — the limitations of manual control, where live operators are needed to prompt and guide the commands of machining tools via levers, buttons and wheels. To the onlooker, a CNC system might resemble a regular set of computer components, but the software programs and consoles employed in CNC machining distinguish it from all other forms of computation.

There are three Beijing Jingdiao CNC machines in Huaye workshop,and a Japanese high-precision Roku-Roku CNC machine,it support automatic tool change and fully automatic continuous processing,the tolerance reaches 1μm,which meets various engraving and milling demands.
