2.Q:How to place a precision mold or injection products order?
A:It’s not a difficult process apparently.At first,we will your basic drawing of target products after your inquiry,and our designer will evaluate the feasibility.Then our project manager will offer the quotation,start order with production and QC team.After confirmation of first trail,we’ll send the sample to check if meet your requirements.
3.Q:What’s the software you use to check the drawing?And what’s the format of drawing you can check?
A:Our design and engineer team has lots of experience in mould designing,some of them have spent more than 10 years in mould industry,they all use Auto CAD,UG,Pro E and Solidworks to check 2D and 3D drawings.
4.Q:What kind of injection plastic products can you make?
A:As a manufacturer owns high customization ability,we are confident to meet all of the injection plastic products need.So far,our main products include high precision lens parts such as barrel,holder and bracket,also,plastic lock, plumbing and hearing-aid parts involved in our production lines.
